Baiocchi's Troutfitters is conveniently located about 60 miles northwest of the LakeTahoe/Reno area in the beautiful Northern Sierra Nevada at 5,000 feet elevation, near the quaint mountain town of Graeagle, where you'll not only find excellent fly fishing, but also numerous options for golfing, hiking, and camping.

Services & Rates -2013
Baiocchi's Troutfitters will provide fly fishing instruction, all terminal tackle (flies, leaders, tippets, etc.) and boats when applicable. Knowledge of waters, hatches, flies to be fished, techniques and tactics included.
Full day trip will entail eight hours of guided fly fishing or trolling. We will meet onsite at a predetermined location and time. Half day trips will entail four hours of guided fly fishing or trolling; morning, mid-day or the evening rise. Catch and release angling and barbless hooks are strongly encouraged!
-All trips are limited to two anglers.
-Complete rods and reels are available for use if you do not have one.
-Fishing license is NOT included.
-Custom trips can be booked in advance for specific fly fishing techniques.
Rates
-Full day, 1 or 2 anglers=$375
-Half day, 1 or 2 anglers=$275
-Trolling Flies by Boat, 1 or 2 anglers:
Full day=$375 / Half day=$275

Release forms must be signed and dated before any guest of Baiocchi's Troutfitters can enter a creek, river or lake.

Deposit and cancellation Information
Reservations require a $150 deposit. Balance due upon completion of guide date. Upon receipt of deposit and signed release form,you will receive a written or emailed confirmation. If notice of cancellation is received within 31 days prior to booking, 50% of deposit will be refunded. Subject to availability, the full deposit will be applied to a future date in the same calendar year. Cancellation within 30 days will result in forfeit of deposit. If I must cancel, a full refund will be given.

Package Deal for Lake Davis

Baiocchi's Troutfitters and J&J Grizzly Store of Lake Davis have put together an angler friendly package deal for your next trip to the lake. Included in the package is a half day guided fly fishing or trolling trip with Jon (equipment included), 2 nights at J&J Grizzly store campground, and 1 free meal from J&J's tasty grill for each participating angler. Planning Your Trip - Stuff to Bring
-California fishing license.
-Lunch, drinks, snacks. I will provide an ice chest in my car or boat with bottled water.
-Sunscreen, hat and polarized glasses.
-Camera and/or video cam.
-Suitable clothing for that day's conditions: hot sun to freezing temps.
-Complete rod and reel, 5-7 weight for most waters.
* Ice chest with ice in your car if you wish to keep fish from stocked lakes after the days' end.

Weddings & Special Ceremonies

Do you and your loved one want to be married hip deep in a trout stream with you favorite fly rod in hand?  I can make that happen, as I’m an ordained minister!  What could be better than saying your vows, exchanging rings, and then making some casts to some willing trout!  I can also perform special ceremonies on the water as well, whether it is saying goodbye to a fishing buddy or blessing a certain body of water.  My rates depend on the needs of those whom would like to participate in the above mentioned.  Please use the link to my contact form here for inquiries.
